Sr. Project Manager

Job Summary:

6blu Inc. is a company that helps entrepreneurs and their products in marketing their brands, accessing major sales channels, and building a successful business. 6blu provides marketing services to clients and has built a centralized platform to manage all retail e-commerce orders which lowers the cost and complexity for sellers and provides a fully scalable solution to conduct repeat business.

As 6Blu Inc. continues to grow in scale and complexity, we need the professional services of a Sr. Project Manager to help ensure successful and timely delivery, and developing marketing strategy tactics to grow the business which will include the utilization of social media, paid advertising and search advertising, e-commerce forums and online events, and service agent collaborations. The Sr. Project Manager will play a key role in our company by researching and analyzing our services and market data and preparing research reports and presentations for our management team for data-driven decision making. Through marketing strategy research and development, the Sr. Project Manager will measure the performance of marketing and branding efforts and related campaigns.

The hired individual will be responsible for the following duties:
Perform market research analysis using statistical modeling, analysis, simulation, and optimization based on collected information from internal databases and external industry sources to develop optimal marketing solutions and strategies.
Develop key metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications efforts.
Isolate inefficiencies in marketing efforts by using statistical analysis, simulations, predictive modeling, and other quantitative methods to gain insight into potential trends while also isolating outliers in marketing results.
Draft market analysis reports and make recommendations to the management team to decide how to allocate resources, make investments, and make changes to marketing operations to improve efficiency, increase profits, or reduce expenses.
Develop and implement marketing project plans, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budget.
Forecast and track marketing and operational trends by analyzing collected financial, sales, marketing, and operational data, and evaluate the effectiveness of current marketing strategies based on financial and performance benchmarks.
Draft and maintain marketing cost analysis reports with respect to marketing processes, campaigns, and budgets detailing impacts from external market factors as well as internal operational and procedural factors.

Skills & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in market research, statistics, economics, or another closely related field (foreign educational degree equivalent acceptable).
2 years work experience performing analysis of market trends and return on investment (ROI) of business opportunities.
Proficiency in Salesforce software and SAP software.
